Impossible Upload

I'm trying to upload images to the site but when I click to choose where to get the images from, nothing opens for me. I wanted to know if it's a site problem or if I've been added to some sort of upload blacklist. Thank you

now i fixed i think it was just a bug or something like that. Thank you for the assistance
