My friend says abs/quads workout are useless and chest workout is much more important than them, I know some of you workout regularly so want to hear your thoughts
core is extremely important. it's worked during a lot of compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, etc. but it's not something that should be dismissed as useless. same with quads, they support your body weight so they should be strengthened.
