I think it's an old video from a now defunct paysite "World Class Muscle" (or something like that). I could be wrong though. The video was shot around 1999/2000.

This video was awesome. I wish someone had it. I especially want more of the lady featured in the screen cap.
Not sure who produced it. Several women flexed. Almost all of them were right in my wheelhouse. The lady next door who surprises you with extremely strong muscles.
