Searching for the picture of a girl in a gym

Hi. While ago I've seen a picture of a blond girl who was standing in the gym with barbel plate (like on the picture) in one hand and straight barbel bar in another one. It kinda looked like she held spear and a shield.

Please help find the picture. No other place to ask but this one :)
