I've lived in UK for 8 years, between 2016 and 2024 and I don't remember seeing that many muscular girls. I used to work with a former bikini (or fitness) competitor, but she wasn't "jacked" or anything, I've seen a few bigger girls in gyms, but never anything close to the likes of Glagan or Zafirova.
Not "real life" but I saw this video of a protest in the UK and noticed a huge FBB:

Been living in London for the past 10 years, and yes, you're less than likely to bump into any of them in such a big metropolitan city. So I mostly meet them during Expos and contests.
Depends on what type of muscularity you want. If we're talking about PED-enhanced athletes, your odds are quite low. But we live in times a growing number of people get to the gym seriously and still have decent, athletic physiques, without the mass or rippedness of pro BB. I've even seen some of those 'casual' female gym goers hanging around at pubs, with nice built frames.
Interesting that slysly mentions Kiera Aston, who is from Manchester. A lot of Youtube videos depict this city at nightlife with young chaps, and I have to agree that is far from being an Internet cliché, this city really breathes youthfulness, mainly from its a reputation as a student city.
And yes, I managed to bump into two young, muscular (In other words, likely using PEDs) women in their 20s wandering in the centre of Manchester during a rainy September day last year.
But again, your best shot would be to attend expos or contests.
When was this? Did she look bigger or smaller in person?
Maybe 3 or 4 years ago. Bigger or smaller, not sure. Her bum and thighs are absolutely massive though.

Lol, not really, but it was more of a drizzle,TBH.
Mind you, I always check twice when I cross path with a supposedly muscular woman, whether I'm dealing with a proper bodybuilder. Constant exposure to Internet FBB material sometimes distort your sense of how really muscular a person, especially a woman, is. Also, FBBs usually look smaller than they appear in pictures, photo manipulation notwithstanding.
In that Manchester encounter, it's the long stare of a group of elderly women towards the young woman that makes me realise she was quite buff.
I've had the fortune of a few sightings,
I was passing through Guildford station once, and I was on a platform at the same time as a women's rugby team, couldn't tell you what team as I didn't want to stare, I just saw "_ _ RUGBY" on their shirts the ____ being the team I can't remember, most of them were built like tanks, not defined but thick, there was one standout though, who had a bicep like a cricket ball, she was one of the shortest, but where the rest were bulky she was lean.
An English crossfit athlete came into my place of work once, no idea who she was but she had a crossfit games shirt on and was very clearly well built, blonde, very smiley and polite.
I've seen Ninja Warrior UK finalist and former professional rock climber, Imogen Horrocks, though she's on the slender side of muscular
I've seen more, but for the majority is women with legs like tree trunks and arms like twigs, I live in an area that is quite agricultural so I do see a fair few "Farmer strength" women, just sturdy. I also went to school with three girls that carried a fair amount of muscle and still do, two of them represented the school at athletic events one for sprinting events and one for throwing events, the third keeps horses and does dressage, due to social media I still see updates from them from time to time, the thrower has the bulky strong woman build, and the other two have reasonable biceps, and 4/6 packs. the sprinter has strong dense legs. And just to state now, if anyone feels the desire to ask, no I will not share any information beyond what I have said or photos of the three of them. I'm sure they're happy living their lives not getting the usual "How big are your biceps?" and "Show your abs" comments that most if not all muscular women have to deal with.
Not really generally speaking. I suspect if I did I'd be constantly wanting more sightings.
I saw someone on a run near Warboys, Cambridgeshire, while I was driving alongside. hard to tell, fairly young, in her 20s maybe.
Her calves were nuts.
Bulging wide on each step, I caught some definition between the calf muscle heads.
I know this happens to "normal" sized calves when running but the size and shape doesn't stay when unflexed.
It looked just insane. It's hard to explain but it's the sort of thing that just catches in your peripheral vision, just well sized bulging calves especially when they're pumped out wider than the knee and as wide as the thighs.
She didn't look large physically otherwise but probably worked out.

Was in Home bargains once and could see a big woman come in down the aisles with a tight yellow top on. Been to a national trust park, on driving in 3 muscular woman were walking out with their dogs. Been in new look once, and a woman walked in with her muscular partner she had definite biceps would not say she was a bodybuilder. Been in the major super markets, and there's been women walking around with developed backs and arms. In my work there's been a few woman working that have worked there. One woman, I have seen that I thought was retired I have seen her jacked! I have seen three women off this site in passing.

Who are the three you saw? Was it instant recognition or you knew it was someone familiar? I think I'd lose it seeing anyone from this site in the flesh.
I haven’t seen any muscular women in the gyms I have been to in London. I go to pure gym and anytime fitness. I tend to go evenings/late and haven’t seen any out and about in London.
Think most fbbs/muscular ladies are based up North.

This is a needle in a haystack situation regarding London. Too big, too many people, your odds to bump into one might be slighty higher than winning the National Lottery... If you see one in Pure Gym, generally it's for a one-off session.
You may find more luck going to hardcore gyms such as Muscleworks in East London, or the other Muscleworks in Orpington, Kent. There's also Kings gym in Croydon.

In keeping with the recent posting on FBB on UK tv, was wondering whether there are real life sightings to share by UK posters?
I have some to share. I'll do my favourite one first....
I have posted this sighting story on other forums in the past so maybe familiar to some. Back in 90s I worked in Blackfriars, by the River Thames. During the summer months, it was common to sit by the River at lunch which was a hot bed for joggers. In 1997, I used to see this woman jogging, who up to that point in my life and still.is, the most thickly muscled woman I had ever seen in real life. Mid 20s, pretty face, dark tan, long dark hair, with highlights, always tied in a pony tail, wearing a sports bra and tight shorts. Not particularly tall, I'd say 5'4", but broad boulder shoulders, tight defined abs and absolutely huge thighs and calves. Those legs simply bulged with muscle at every step.
The guy I was lunching with was like "my God, did you see the size of that girl's muscles!".
During the summer of 1997, she only ran on a Monday, 12.30 on the dot so I was there whatever the weather. By simply a chance, one day I saw her, in work attire, enter her workplace. a friend of mine girlfriend also worked at the same firm. Later that summer, when I saw my friend and his girlfriend and I said, during conversation that I see this good looking female jogger work at your building. She said, "does she have big legs, big muscles?" . She knew her but I did not pursue.
Summer 98 onwards, I no longer saw her but then one year in the early 00s I saw her walking, in her sports bra and shorts, as I was making my way to Liverpool Street station. She was still, really, really big! I just walked beside her staring which she noticed and she smiled at me. I plucked up the courage to say "hope you don't mind me saying that your body is amazing" she said "thanks" and I said "you're muscles are so big". She just giggled and said, in a fake mocking way "I know..." and then she jogged away.
She clearly lifted weights and only jogged now and again by the look of her physique.
I've not seen her since but have found her on social media and sadly all the muscles have gone. Social media has her recently celebrating her 50th, so first sighting would have been mid 20s whilst 2nd sighting early 30s....
