Yeah some fond memories for sure. I remember some of the old Kim Kilper, Courtney Morley, Nicole Berg, and of course Britt and Cindy stuff. Top shelf ladies for sure. As for the webcam some of my favorites may not be the most popular of all time but I fondly recall Shanimal (Shannon Hartnett), LatinFlex (Yves Nunez) and Femmuscle. I won't say her name as she was fiercely private of that. But she's a lean natural bodybuilder, blonde, curvy, incredibly elegant and strong AF.
A friend and I were just talking about a friend of Femmuscle's just the other day, as she thought the guy was a genius, and I always knew he was a hack whose grift would eventually hit a hard expiration. As for Femmuscle, she was definitely drinking from the Fountain of Youth.
It still boggles the mind when we stumble across old pics or footage. I don't recognize anyone...not even ourselves.
That's known as "old age", lol. :)
I don't know that anything; photos and/or clips; got destroyed. But compare the tech of today with that of 2005, for example. Some stuff on older platforms or in old formats can't be retrieved.
Far more than stuff from 2005 got lost from the old HerBiceps site though. An absolute ton of HD content from circa 2010-2020 got binned. Literally hundreds of armwrestling matches for example. Obviously a lot of it wasn't amazing but to take it all down with zero warning was pretty poor form.
Those clips are exactly what I have been talking about for years Stevebob. The shift in focus on the site I believe hurt its appeal. Of course from current popularity of the site, I believe my opinion is in the minority. Remember Stevebob, what started as an act of love for Steve and Tre, now is a huge cash cow and we can not fault them for taking the brass ring over listening to the fans.

Trust me, I'm right there with you. I spent years on the old forums and on here ranting about the changing model, but it obviously makes them far more money and I've long since resigned myself to spending a shit ton on VODs to see the same content I would get with the monthly subscription in the glory days.

Long time fan here as well. I have been since 2002. Being a closeted fan of female muscle -and being laughed at by a girlfriend when I asked her to flex in bed- made me feel about as isolated as one could get. So mingling with all these guys, and supporting the cams when I could, was something I was more than happy to do. I also was able to meet a bunch of them when I went to a Vegas contest/show in the mid to late 2000s. I was there on a whim and really enjoyed myself. Brandi Mae was an absolute gem! And Mike, while he might not remember it, was a real nice guy. I was even able to attend a party at one of the guys’ houses after. For the life of me, I cannot remember whose. At this point, I’m a guy in my late 40s and the memory is starting to wane ;)
I don’t think HB gets the credit it deserves for helping female muscle get noticed in the mainstream. Going over this forum has been a joy, because being a Stern listener back then, I remember Mike showing up with Nicole Bass (RIP) to promote it, and that blew my freaking mind. How and where were you able to get that kind of promotion before that appearance?
I was a member of HB, as well as Cindy’s site, and contributed to the cams when I could (I was a college student back then). I’ve pulled back for years, and then come back because the lore Mike, Tre, and the rest of you guys created cannot be lost. The admiration -and fantasies- are there for the taking because of you guys. And I will never forget actually feeling heard when the Dtv forums eventually became the HB forums, where I would check in on each chance I got.
On another note, I remember Boomer being a hell of a nice guy -he even sent me a videotape of celebrity flexing once- and was sad to read he is no longer with us. Rest in Peace!!
This thread popped up as I'm moving files from an old drive. This made me look and the oldest file I found was from January of 2004. That's just crazy.
