This is clearly a fake account but does anyone know who this woman really is?

The body is Michaela Aycock, but the face is someone else. Probably some kind of deepfake. I don't know who that is though

I thought so. Was just thrown off by the face looking to real to be a fake. Thought someone else might have arms like that.
