I've done some work with hypnosis myself (I'm a guy FYI) to get me to go to the gym and have a faster recovery time. Has anyone heard of any women doing this?
You can't hypnotise someone to recover faster.
It was more like making my muscles feel less sore. Mostly it was for motivation.
