How to convert a screen recording format

So I have a video of Michelle Basnett arm wrestling and I want to post it but I took it as a screen recording from her IG story and obviously that format isn’t supported on here. Is there a way I can convert it to a supported format?

I’ve tried apps and websites to convert this video to MP4 format and it still won’t let me upload to the site. I don’t know at this point. The video was shaky and doesn’t show the whole match, but she looks amazing taking on this dude.
