Herbicepscam problems

What is wrong with the payment system of the site herbiceoscams, this is the message i get after putting in my Credit card details , used my cards in other international sites and never faced any issue, hve used different browsers , with and without VPN different cards but to no avail nor do they reply to email , I only use smartphone for the site although hve tried to buy stuff using the desktop mode but same result , was contemplating to buy credit through crypto but the last message has made me decide not to do it ,,and this payment issue I had faced before when i tried to buy a VOD a few months ago , does someone have any answer

I had the same issue. In my case the payment system HBC uses recognised that I was trying to pay with a credit card, whilst on a VPN. Previously, I did not use a VPN (so the IP address I was trying to pay from, was different to the ones the payment system had logged before). Took about 2 months to sort it out. Talked with the good people at HBC, and even the support people for the payment system. All to no avail. Went back to non-VPN use (same IP as before) and after 6 weeks it suddenly worked again.

Not sure it that helps you at all, but that was my experience with it.

@iwsn70 Thanks for your input ,though i dont use VPN i only tried using vpn to long in to buy credits I think once after several failed attempts of not being able to buy credits without vpn

It's a UK thing, it will only be a issue in the USA if individual states have differing rules for adult verification of porn/adult sites.

Ok yh I see alot of websites in the UK require adult verification. I am a member on Herbiceps but not going to verify myself. Not worth it.

May I wonder if you faced some troubles with a fluid cam connection or, like me, since many many months, the "slow connection" bar popping out all the time, and then having very laggy sessions, impossible to chat because and admire the models with cam keeping freezing and sounds distorted.

And I'm sitting next to the router.

Is there a way to change the resolution to a lower level and then making easier the connection ?

I haven’t even been able to login for like 5 years on 2 emails because apparently the details I saved when logging in are incorrect and I can’t even have a password reset sent because when you click it, nothing happens, in terms of trying to log in, it’s literally the worst site I’ve ever used

Maybe you have been blocked by the site ,

I don’t see why I would be, when I could get on briefly, I just browsed the site then couldn’t log back in

Try using a VPN or check whether ur email is registered or not

How would I check if it’s registered

Check your email inbox , they would send a confirmation email or try Signing up with the same email again to see if it is registered or not or most easiest option would be to create a account with a new email id

I don't get why people come to GWM with login issues. I had an issue and emailed HBC directly and they resolved it within 24 hrs.

I just get the verifying age thing

I paid with my card for 800 credits around saturday midday, my money was taken from my wallet and i haven't received the credits in my account. Anyone help me please? I tried to contact them, send an email and nothing

The charge is held on your card/wallet, and if the transaction does not get processed, after 7 days, the amount will be released, or freed up from your card/wallet. Same thing has happened to me several times.

I have unused credits, but can't seem to use them to buy videos. The video will feature a dollar price and also a credit amount. I'll place the order in the cart, but then there is no option to use credits only a dollar transaction. I have in the last 4 years used credits to buy over 100 videos, but I am now greatly disappointed with Herbiceps. I have contacted them twice, but all they suggest is to reset and revisit the website and try again.

Constantly having password/login issues. glad i only bought a few videos or id be royally pissed off.
