There’s a few muscular women who I’ve seen in my gym. The first I only saw once as I went at a different t time to normal and saw her working out in the middle of the open area with dumbbells. She can’t have been much older then early to mid 20s but had an incredible physique, all your standard wishes such as a defined six pack, incredible glutes and legs with capped shoulders and an incredible level of vascularity across both arms. She was working out hard and the pump she had was amazing to see for such a small frame the muscle she had packed on was incredible. Sadly this gym shut down only a week later and I’ve not seen her since.
The gym I go to now has a lot of younger toned girls who walk around the squat machines and racks but not of any real muscularity. There is however one woman, who I believe is a crossfitter, that has a much larger physique. The last time I saw her she was preparing for an event by completing muscle ups and again, the pump that she had made her look huge for someone who doesn’t make a living out of the sport or industry. Her upper back is constantly trying to escape from any of the sports bras I’ve seen her wear and moves in such a seductive way whenever she moves her arms. Capped shoulders lead down to large biceps with a pipe like vein crossing straight across, her forearms whilst not as vascular as some other girls are so thick that even just a twitch of her fingers causes them to dance.
She’s got the expected thick waist that seems to come with CrossFit training but still has defined abs. Her legs in comparison are still muscular and incredibly strong, however it’s her upper body that really catches the eye. I’m hoping some of the other girls speak to her and start following suit as if that happens I could be in for a real treat over the next few years

I've seen one of the ginormous women here at her gym before, won't say which one. Her roided muscle mass was epic.
