Honestly, watching their biceps pump with muscle using the blaster may have been one of the hottest things I’ve ever seen!
For those who don't know, this is a unique exercise that involves a special piece of equipment where the back of your arms are pressed flat against it as you target your biceps. This makes your arms appear much larger! For example:
