It happens when the picture made with tilt angle. A tilt correcton happens at the final edit. That's an effect called tilt shifting.
It's using the manufacturing distortion in the camera lense, but if you tilt your camera distortion will be out of specifications. The top of the picture looks wider the bottom looks thinner. The background always tiltin' to the edge of the picture. Bunch amount of influencer using this purpose

On the other hand Based on Ruzh last gym post ( which also modified) Ruzh's flexed arm way much smaller than Emma's. Ruzh not working out for triceps. Emma's triceps, biceps growin go massively
