Does anyone notice that her skin tone has changed as well as how defined her facial bone structure is?

Is it due to something, idk. What could it be? Could anyone state.

Mostly she just dropped her body fat percentage. Everything you asked about occurs when body fat goes down. Look also at the increased muscle definition and vascularity.

Other than lower body fat, in the bottom pic she is wearing makeup, contest tan, and doing "duck face" which also help define the cheekbones.
