By the word "physique" I'm assuming the OP isn't restricting these lists to just women who compete in the Physique category, but rather who has the best "physique." And I'm also assuming this includes women of all sizes, from smallest to largest. And I'm also assuming this list isn't restricted to just competitors, as I noticed he uses the word "models." So my last assumption would be that a woman who possesses a physique with any level of muscularity qualifies, regardless of her competition status.
These are in no particular order:

What about the 1990's & 1980's. Isn't anyone interested?
1980s - I think top 6 are set in stone and there's room for movement in the other 4 slots.
1990s - This was the decade where shit got real. I'm likely to start some fights with this...
As of this moment, Gisele, Laura Bass, Sharon Bruneau, Andrulla, Jitka, Valerie Gangi, Marie Laure Mahabir, Sue Meyers, and the mighty TAZZIE and LAURA BINETTI are all on the outside looking in, and we haven't even begun to have the conversation all of the figure greats of that era like Lena, Timea, and Monica. I think one could only do justice to the rankings of the 1990s by rating the divisions separately. The top competitors were just too good.
