Abs control

So this will be for unique displays of abs control. I don't know the names of the different techniques, although I do remember "nauli" used to be popular on the old herbiceps forum. But I'm not restricting this to just nauli's. Here are some examples:

And this should go without saying, but videos are preferred, but I can see how some photos might be relevant. Like a stomach vacuum or something.

Doesn't seem to be. The one you linked to is focused on vacuums only. This one is focused on any form of abdominal control. For example, the 2 videos I linked in the original post. Capucine is kind of alternating between flexing her upper and lower abs, and Lauren is flexing/relaxing just her obliques. In the following comment, Elena is "rolling" her abs in a unique flex. None of these are vacuums.

THIS one's the nauli -- starting with a vacuum at 0:13 and moving to a classic basic nauli. I believe some bodybuilders call it a 'rope thrust'.

I meant to comment on this earlier but I think this might be the single most impressive display of abs control I've ever seen! She does every technique I've ever been able to imagine, and she does them with such ease. Truly amazing

There's quite a few examples of Ludmila doing the Nauli Kriya technique (I think that's the name of it, please correct me if I'm wrong) so I just picked my favorite to put here.

Jula's long gone YouTube channel was a goldmine for this kind of content but she just sorta vanished.

oh yes that one is amazing... just like I said before, total control and strengh, and you kind of see from time to time some protruding and muscular adonis belt(learn that one over here, education is amazing)

And Stephanie's apparently quite adept at it as well.
