Yep, great genetics, but also lots of training. It's actually Marlie Viljoen and she runs 400m in less than 54 seconds with those amazing legs.

My wife's calves the other day, while trimming the bushes...not big, but lean, hard, and veiny...her top half is more filled out.

I don’t have a pic to upload, but just wanted to comment. I noticed quite a bit of girls who were thin but had really great calves a few years back while at a weeklong training in Minneapolis.
