I don't think you ever actually asked about that one before. That said, while it's not the best clip quality-wise, the content is kind of nice, especially since there aren't many clips of her pecs from an extreme side angle like that. In light of that and the second half of the clip that's clearer, I made a better crop of the original from her Instagram:
Anyone opposed to me resurrecting the submission and swapping that one in instead?
Oh yeah wasn't even going to ask, I just had a feeling it would be taken down so I was responding to the red text reasoning. I uploaded more in faith that it would remain.

Ok, for the first one, not sure what the quality issue is, I know it was a still I made to replace a video as pic (posted by someone else) , which I find acutely annoying so I wasn't even the original poster and since it's deleted , I'd have a job finding the image if I still have it somewhere to check. and can't remember the name either which it wouldn't be under anyway. Second one, again I posted the single image NOT the original pic as video (posted by someone else which I reported) so the reason stated is incorrect. I never post still images as video. You should be addressing that issue with the original poster.
The first one was because there was so much censorship going on that it really degrades the image. These are generally a coin flip as to if they get tolerated or rejected.
The second one was a still image, showing it was a mistake for the reason, but it could still fail on the “too much border” aspect. A “still image as video” had been merged into that. I have undeleted for now.

ok, actually I think I then reported the now reinstated image as a dup anyway - then wasn't so sure but looking at both again now
I think the former is very close to an earlier one, not sure if the differences in body condition are noticeable enough to keep

Still leaves a question, though, of how many "variations on a theme" are "needed." As in, how many photos of Emma Hartley or Ruby Rivera flexing their right biceps? Or bicep pictures of Ruzhena Bedzir? Or same old flexing pictures of "Lean Beef Patty." Note that I like three, but can take or leave Ruzhena.
Then still seeing a lot of Amazonka pictures, the former Nataliya Trukhina, appearing?

It’s a judgment call and yes it can be fuzzy. Mods get to see a lot of images and videos go through the queues, reports and the site in general, so our tolerance is going to be lower. Heck, we are multiple people trying to make an appropriate call and it can be challenging, especially given the various factors.
At that same time you may find us being in a “I’m feeling generous” or “whatever” type moods, so get lucky. Of course there is also the “how many times is this uploader going to complain”, which will actually risk us being less tolerant to a given person.
The solution is just to let it go and move onto the next photo. It isn’t a great one, but at least you’ll be less emotionally invested in a given picture.
BTW as always there is the “report” button for problematic images, but it isn’t a tool for petty revenge either - unfortunately we’ve seen it abused in this way.
I have a question about images or videos referred to unusual feats of muscle control, like the ones did by belly-dancers or circus performer (vacuum, nauli, coins trick and so on) Are they allowed here, even if practiced by women with a normal muscle size and tone in the rest of her body? I have noticed they are randomly deleted in a few cases as "lacking of muscle"

I think you have answered your own question. The "randomness" is just likely because Mods haven't had a report on every single relevant image.

It’s as PP1000 says, the site is very much about muscle and not strength. And self-evident muscle at that.
A woman can be strong or doing things that require strength, but if there is insufficient “visible muscle” in a photo or video, then it really doesn’t factor in. This also means even if a woman has muscle, even a given photo or video is not making that clear, then it’s not worth being here. Best upload something that makes it clear otherwise you’re in for disappointment.
We’ve seen too many wrestling or arm wrestling images which show zero, or almost zero, muscle and they are just a waste of bandwidth.
For about the 30th time, if you're whining about something that hasn't been removed, that's probably because either the mods haven't seen it (that's what the Report button is for), or because you're mistaken about it needing to be taken down. This thread is intended for asking about why a particular thing has been removed, not "why wasn't this other thing?"
In the case of the one you're talking about, which you couldn't even be bothered to link properly:
As noted in the comments, it's a free preview clip from their clips4sale store, and so presumably wasn't considered necessary to take down if a mod did see it previously. The clip you uploaded that got removed just seems to be something taken from redgifs, not an officially-released preview.
