i think one reason i started this thread was to try to collect stories from the media - and see the common themes of how muscular women are portrayed - its often a drugs link or something detrimental, represented by a person who doesn't represent societal norms - then there is frivolous angle like the "two pandas" description of weight, why not frame her strength in a positive light?

Okay, I don't want to lock this thread but I will need to delete everything where it went completely off topic. Please stick to discussing muscular women in the news as was brought up in the OP.
