My video got deleted

The video is far too long for the tiny amount of abs shown. This would be in the category of "not enough visible muscle". This is based on visibility of muscle and the number of seconds in a video where said muscle is actually visible. Best just keep this video here, otherwise it we will get another report and another deletion.
