Last year I found myself sitting next to Vladislava on the plane. I had seen her in the line for security at Prague airport but felt a bit shy to go talk to her (other people, who didn’t know her, went to ask her for some pictures, as they were impressed by her shape). When I realised that she was sitting next to me on the plane, I had to take my courage into my hands and go talk to her. She was nice to talk to, albeit a bit distant. And what a shape!

Saw Marcie Simmons on the streets today. First noticed the arms and knew it was a bodybuilder and when I got close it was for sure her out waiting for an Uber. Crazy odds
Had 2 in the past few days
Was out watching soccer at an outdoor bar, beautiful dark haired woman, probably mid 30's, maybe 5'8 vaguely Mediterranean looking. First thing i noticed was her neck and traps, then broad shoulders round delts, obvious triceps and biceps. Big forearms with nice veins, big thighs with definition, wide back obvious lats and great definition. Looked like close to peak natty, really a stunning look, I could tell a lot of people were checking her out. the group she was with were wearing rogue shirts so assume she did crossfit.
2nd I'm working part time at lowes, woman standing at customer service, lete 20s, maybe 30, blonde, average cute looking, waeing a tshirt forearms look pretty average. I walk over she asks where something specific is, I start to tell her but say ill show her because its easier, so she follows me. We get to the spot and I turn around, shes probably about 5'4 wearing shorts, and her legs are jacked. Big thighs with enough definitions that they are obviously muscular no fat. huge round calves even from the front.
Im gonna walk away but can't help it and I say "no skipping leg day" she kinda laughs smiles and holds her leg out a tiny flex but not really flexing. She says I actually dont lift that much but gymnastics, college soccer some crossfit and running. I said well everyone who does lift are freaking jealous. She smiles and said thanks but I could tell that was the end of the conversation. Definitely has to do a double take as I walked away to she her calves from behind. She could make a ton of money off them if she had a onlyfans haha kinda reminded me of Alisha morrow's legs

Maybe it was Lisa Cross-she does tours all over the UK. Not quite my type-got a bit too big for my liking, I hate those false eyelashes she wears & the rest of her eye makeup!.

I actually ran into Lisa Cross at the Olympia expo two years ago. I was by random, I was walking around checking out the expo seeing where I wanted to head to next and we happened to pass each other at the main entrance of the expo hall and she was the one who approached me to say hi.
We have communicated a lot through social media over the years so that's how she recognized me and it took me by surprise. We talked about the expo and how our trips were going so far. She asked me if I booked any sessions or stuff while in Vegas and I told her no since I didn't plan on it nor did I have funds for one. But we continued to talk and we ended up talking about her content or any filming or ideas for content she could make and of course I said her and Yvette Bova should film again together since it was so hot the first time and she agreed.
We ended up going out separate ways but after a nice hug and a lil kiss on the cheek from her.
Did you find her masculine in person than in your online interactions with her? Wonder at these expo if she gets many people coming up to her? Might be intimidated by her? I found her very down to earth and nice/kind in sessions albeit very expensive. Smart cookie speaks multiple languages
No I still found her very feminine, I just couldn't believe she recognized me first lol. She was very nice and smart especially when we were discussing the show and that. I have a feeling some may be intimidated by her especially seeing her in person but just gotta relax and act normal that's all. That's how I acted when we talked. Plus she did have a lovely dress on while there so she did look hot.
I recently went to an eye doctor appointment at my local general professional center. There's a woman who works as an "intake person", not really a nurse, but someone who calls your name in the lobby, takes you back to the exam room, asks you questions, blah blah all of that. Well, she's probably late 30's, pretty tall, like 5'11 / 180 cm, and has a pretty athletic build, like maybe she played basketball in college and while not anymore, still works out and is pretty fit. She's not particularly chiseled, but she's just got that forearm shape and I could tell by how her arm looks just above her elbow that she is definitely pretty strong, or at a minimum, can offer a mean flex. She's also very chatty and responsive to humor. I wanted to pull the proverbial handle on the slot machine, but I chickened out. I have another appointment there in a couple weeks with a different optical provider, but they all share the same lower-level staff. I hope I get her again, and I feel like she'd be receptive to a compliment on how good her arms look.
First proper encounter in a while yesterday, while grocery shopping. Imagine Paula Ranta but without the insane veins, approximately that size and physique (well, at least upper body, had no time to pay attention to her lower body). Her relaxed arms and delts were exploding. When she lifted her grocery bag, that arm peaked like hell. Also I couldn't help but notice her raspy roid voice when she was talking to the cashier. Even though her size, conditioning and contest tan looking color were pointing towards the fact that she's either fresh out of a contest or a few days out, I couldn't find any evidence of bodybuilding contests nearby. I was too nervous to hit her up, but then again I might have gotten myself in an awkward situation if she was very receptive to compliments and, for example, let me feel those incredible arms.

If you partook in a serious sport when you were younger, there was a higher chance of coming across it - that's for sure.
