Yesterday evening, I was out with a group of guys, heading to watch a football match. The plan was simple: meet up, have a few drinks to get in the mood, and then make our way to the stadium.
We stopped at a bar first, the kind with loud chatter, clinking glasses, and that familiar pre-game energy buzzing in the air. Drinks came quickly, one after another, and that’s when I noticed her.
She was one of the servers — wearing a sleeveless top — and what immediately stood out was her arm. Not just toned, but properly muscular. The kind of strength you don’t see every day. At first, it caught me off guard, but then I found myself watching her as she moved through the crowd—effortless, confident, completely unfazed by the chaos around her.
Honestly, I started paying more attention to her than to the match we were supposed to see. The game slowly became secondary.
By the time we ordered the last round, she came over carrying a full tray—eight beers, balanced like it weighed nothing. That’s when one of the guys from our group couldn’t resist making a comment.
“Pretty strong—for a woman,” he said, half joking, half not.
She smiled at first, brushing it off like she’d heard it a thousand times before. But when she came back later to collect the empty glasses, she stopped right in front of him.
Calm, but direct.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or a woman,” she said. “You’re either strong—or you’re not.”
Then, with a small grin, she flexed her arm—just once, quick but unmistakable — and added, “If you’re brave enough, we can settle it with an arm wrestle.”
For a second, everything went quiet at our table.
But the guy who made the comment? He suddenly wasn’t so talkative anymore. He laughed it off, avoided eye contact, and didn’t take the challenge.
Too bad he didn't take the challenge!! To me it would be fun to lose if she were super strong and you did your best.
I saw a new woman in my gym. She was tall, slim but very toned. She had a short skirt on. Her legs and broad shoulders were looking great. Her quad arch was nicely developed and calves were showing themselves. She had a low body fat percentage (my guess is around %15, which is quite low for a woman).
She was training with the personal trainer in the gym and doing lunges. Normally I try not to look at women during workout but couldn't help with this one.
She was not a pleasant person to talk to unfortunately. She was loud and didn't sound like a person I would enjoy talking with.
On the way to work this morning I saw a young Asian lady running. Her upper body looked normal but her legs were so big and muscular. She kinda jogged on her tip toes.her ass was kinda flat but solid muscle. From behind the quad sweep was amazing she looked so heavy and strong. Omg I can't stop thinking about it!

Runners sometimes have some of the best calves out there. I'll never forget the day when I was walking to school and I saw a woman run past me and saw her awesome calves. Also on running subreddits occasionally there are posts from women where they complain how their calves blew up in size after they took up running as a hobby and they complain about how their boots don't fit them anymore.
Saw a muscular woman walking in to the grocery store this morning, as I was going in. I made sure I passed her in an isle, and said "I hope you don't mind me saying this, but you look tremendous!" She lit up like a neon light, and thanked me. She said she was recovering from cancer, and had been down to 90 lbs. I fist-bumped her and congratulated her on her recovery. I had just come from the gym, so she commented on how good it was to have muscle as we get older.

In my opinion, dedicated weight lifting is good cancer prevention and smart post cancer recovery and maintenance.
Meeting them at a contest or at a gym is one thing. But in a public scene is another. I was at a supermarket and I was in line Carla Solotti was behind me with a loaded basket. I reached out and gave her a hand and said your a bodybuilder and it's heavy and it's nothing for you to carry but a gentleman always helps a lady. She said she was grateful that there still a few left out there to much your on your own attitude. We both checked out and talked and had a great conversation and I admired and respected her and she she did the same for me. My advice is be yourself everyone is taken and show respect and give them praise like saying you look great keep up the good work it goes a long ways . Courtesy and kindness can buy you a lot and it doesn't cost you a cent.
Dude -- I used to be a customer of this store as well and loved perusing their offerings. In addition to muscle girl videos, they also had big boob stuff as well. In short, the place was a port in the storm in the days long before the Internet! I'm sorry I never saw any GWM's in there -- in fact, I don't think I saw a single woman customer during any of my shopping trips to that place...
