It may have been phrased in an inflammatory way... Anyone offended by the message is most likely the problem.

So you admit to being inflammatory but anyone who is offended by it is an "incel" or a "weirdo" or "the problem"? Here's the simple answer. Stop being inflammatory and you won't get the reaction. This is low IQ stuff a child could understand.

HalfKorean, you are not helping. At this point your comments are more inflammatory than his, and you should drop it.

I have a simple vision about her, she's just a little bit crazy that's it :) Today is black tomorrow is white. Not the first not even the last, tons of up and down on her mood.

i obviously don't have much bearing over most of the circumstances behind her situation and i suspect most people here and elsewhere will be in the same boat as i am, but as far as reactions concerning her current makeover are concerned i think she has plenty of reason to be on guard if a lot of the commentary she receives are as acrid and impersonal as some of the things i've read on her pictures on this site back when her makeover was still a recent development.

making speculations on how she behaves in response to the constant flow of reaction converging onto her personal content is an easy distraction from the fact that it is her sole responsibility to deal with the shit that comes her way, so naturally it's going to affect how she responds. i find it really strange how people routinely underestimate the impact social media exposure can have on anyone, and whether or not this factors into her actions i feel like it's exceptionally harsh to simply dismiss her as 'crazy' without a significant understanding of her viewpoint.

in the meantime, i'm just glad that her content is still available to enjoy and i'll continue following her media footprint for as long as she retains the motivation to churn out more pictures and videos.

And she also pulls herself back selectively as she sees fit... just sayin'.

That, and the whole argument of “oh, they put themselves out there” reeks of victim blaming and is a facile justification toward people who make shitty comments.

Well, I've been using the word "crazy" in a nice way - or at least that was my intention - just meaning that it seems to me she's pretty emotional in her reactions. I don't over think, I've got zero problems about her so I'm not even that concerned. It's also plenty of girls not even getting bad comments or negativity, so most likely it's also pretty much depending on the personal attitude. We all are different so we all might have a different approach. And please note I'm not saying her attitude is good or bad, it's just mostly regarding the way we relate with people. Some react with irony, others in a funny way, others in a picky way, others in a rude way. Not saying who's wrong or right, that's just how it is. I personally like her, with all her craziness, but I usually like irregular people :)

What victim? You guys have got to stop treating women like they're fragile little children who need your protection. Anyone who has a presence, man or woman, gets comments they don't like. Some are out of line. When you're online showing off your body and making money from it, it comes with the territory. Most people are adults about it and either ignore it or clean it up or block people. I don't know why she feels she has to spend so much of her time lashing out. It changes nothing.

She can do whatever she wants and I can have an opinion about it. I stopped following her because of her attitude. I think her divorce has done in her head when it comes to men. I don't need to be a part of that in any way, so I choose not to.

Ain't that the truth? I've been part of this subculture for over 20 years. There's no end of "chivalrous" fellows who crusade to defend the women from the slightest negative comment.

But in all that time, I have never seen a woman ask for the chivalry, appreciate the chivalry, or reward the chivalry. It's almost like they are adults and capable human beings, and don't need men to defend their honor.

in the end i think she ultimately is responding to two types of people--maybe three:

trolls, who are mean spirited

fetishists who know she will react to almost anything and get a free high off of a direct response if they can get it

unaware men who are so completely unaware of their behavior in service of their love for muscular women that they don't consider the feelings of the women they comment on.

it's not unique to her, obviously, but she's among the most combative, if not THE most. I'm pretty sure most of it (from everyone else) has been filtered to You Look Like A Man's account, which recently went private and had been shadowbanned for a while because they routinely post account info of men who leave comments. Which is fine, public profiles and all, and you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes, but I'm not totally sure if that's against IG's TOS.

i mean it's very, very simple. Guess what, my favorite years of Shannon Courtney are long past us. Her current look doesn't do it for me. So I go look at the old stuff! I enjoy that instead of leaving dumbass comments on her instagram about how she looked better before, etc, etc.

Yes she chooses to put herself on social media but that doesn't automaticly mean she's asking for every one's opinion or comments. I think the problem is that al lot of people feel the need to share their opinion as its is importent to them and they feel the readers think its important to (i know im writting this to). I think it has somthing to do with ego. Feeling that "your" opinion matters to.

Whats more desturbing to me is that some readers think they have the poster figured out or think they know what they are about. Based on some pictures and comments. People should think about their reactions and the posible effect it can have on others. We should leave diagnostics to psychiatrists and such... for example calling someone a "little crazy" can be hurtfull even if it is with good intentions and you mean no harm.

Have you guys not seen comments made on THIS site about - - and to - - the models whose pictures are posted here? References to "Goddess" and "head-crushing thighs" and how "she easily could beat me up"? Has it ever occurred to you that these girls may have conditioned opinions of men who "exalt" them in the exact same way that you have formed stereotypic opinions about them?

Bodybuilding is what they do. It's what they love. And none of it has anything to do with returning the strange affections and attention that they get from their male admirers.

Has it ever occurred to you that nobody has to be "harmed" by such comments? Why do you believe women are such uniquely fragile and sensitive creatures that they need you to come to their defense because they were called "goddess"? Really?

Unless you just got your license, you drive down the freeway without the expectation that everyone will follow the rules and drive safely. You look out for those people, you get out of their way, and you continue on your way. There are assholes in the world. It's not your job to "educate" everyone about that. We know. So do the women. If you're susceptible to road rage, either stay off the road or get your head straight about it. Mallory should quit trying to change people she can't change. And so should you.

- laughing - Do you get the internal hypocrisy of your statement "Mallory should quit trying to change people she can't change and so should you"? Is that not YOUR attempt to try to get people to change? I guess it's easier said than done. Right?

My point is Mallory might very well be a tolerant enough girl who simply reached her boiling point with incessant creepy comments that are common in these parts of the Internet. I don't blame her, nor would I deny her the right for lashing out. It's not what I would do, but I certainly can understand why she does it.
