The name on the source file on the GWM is DouYin_MuscleGirl. However, DouYin apparently is the Chinese name for TikTok, so dead end there is guess. :(

You can use the number on the top of the video to search (7235360).

That doesn't really answer my question there's not even a searchbar in the site
