Bodybuilder who looked like Farrah

I remember watching a bodybuilding contest in the early 90s with a bodybuilder who looked like Farrah.  She had incredible eyes (either light green or blue) blonde hair and I remember her being a natural bodybuilder who was active later into her 40s.  I think she lost her crown due to a false positive test.  Anybody speculate on her name?

How about Anja Schreiner?

No they are both beautiful but this was an amateur from California with blonde curly hair and really icy blue eyes.
