SIMULAR to my last question, But this ones for Comicon goers.

A question for the those muscle lovers who also happen to attend Comicons. Every see a FBB or muscular women doing Cosplay? I did when I was at Stan Lees LA Comicon in October. Comicons in recent years have been cracking down on unwanted consent. I've going to Comicon for over 11 years now and I've never touched them in weird way. I myself have never seen any FBB or muscle girl cosplayers at my local ECCC con, but bicep touching is weird category lol. I know I should ask first, but would it be as bad as what the puppet demonstrates lol. 

A girl i follow on instagram went to comicon in a custom made she hulk outfit, and painted herself green, she looked good.

Are you asking whether you should have permission before touching someone? The answer is yes.

Touching is not permitted unless you ask... period
