Hi guys, I don't have much fitness friends.
So I'm here to ask some questions.

I'm 21, 5 ft 2. I went from 163 to 127.
I'm looking to lose at least 10 more pounds
 and want to start toning up.
My ideal body figure woman is Vanessa Zuluaga
My skin is getting loose, I have a fat tummy.
I'm not quite sure what exercises I have to do to tighten my tummy and work on my abs.
Can any suggest any supplements that can help?
