Delete Button Safeguard

Mistakenly deleted a post earlier, but it made me wonder if others have had this issue.  I'd like to suggest a safeguard like a "Are you sure?" prompt.

Did you click it by accident, or did you mean to click it but you were deleting the wrong pic?

It was purely accidental.  I meant to click the "Change Thumbnail" button next to it.
