AAccuracy of tapes

What I have done is picked up a 40mm flat section of the tape shown, copied it 4 times and cobbled it  together to make a ruler. This shows the vertical height to be 130mm. Since this is the biggest part we can call it the max diameter. Agreed so far ? So the max circumference is going to be diameter x pi = 130 x 3 1416 = 408.
408 / 25.4 = 16.06 Now you guys can fantacize all you want…but bottom line…this bi is 16” MAX! and since it is not a full circle, more oval shaped, is probably closer to 15”…Sorry.
