How do you vote?

I notice when I upload photos, there's an option to have them voted on by popular vote.  I assume this means there is some way for the site members to vote on whether or not a pic gets for upload.  If that's the case, how do you vote on pics that other people have submitted for upload?

Click the moderate option in the bar at the top, directly under forum.
