Your apache configs are in default (NON PRODUCTION).  If you're hosting this site yourself, you should check www.apache.org docs...  The following tells a LOT!....

Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8n DAV/2 mod_fcgid/2.3.5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.girlswithmuscle.com Port 80

Well, if in case or error the apache daemon tells or not the footer with info..........where's the problem?
I don't think that with that info you're saying you can hack the server...lol.
I mean...they're not important info....nor secrets ones..

You're telling the world the version of Apache etc. if here is a security issue with that version, you've given it to the hacker.. get it?
