Guest posting disabled

In an effort to reduce spam on the forums (which has really been getting out of hand recently), I've disabled guest posting and added an extra security question to registration.

lol, this thread is so obsolete... the security question thing only applied to the old forum (which was changed to the current one at the start of 2021). On the new forum we have better ways of fighting spam.
