I will go for option 3. because I get the advantage of option 1 and I get to know her better and see her a bunch of times later on. and this will increase the chance of her becoming my girlfriend from 0.001% to 0.1%. it's not like I have anything to say that doesn't involve her body. if she is the first one to talk this problem has been solved. and then I can check if we got things in common during the sessions. and maybe we will become friends or something. even if it doesn't happen and she doesn't even like me in a non sexual way and it's pure business. it's fine since I will get to see her a bunch of times instead of just once. and I get some advice too

Slowly build a rapport with conversations about training, nutrition, recovery, competitions and goals.
