I think there is a line between "lean & muscular" which this site is about vs. "anorexic and unhealthy" and this last pic is anorexic IMO.

She is definitely anorexic 100% but obviously the lower body fat will reveal the muscles.... as long as I can see muscles im a happy guy... hence 'Girls With Muscle'
