Great pictures, Manny!
I wonder if anybody knows of any interviews, articles or videos in which she talks about her smoking? I know a couple of commenters on her pictures here have mentioned it, and I'd love to hear more about it.
I don't think Hannie ever talked about it in interviews. The only thing I can conclude is that smoking certainly is (Was?) not uncommon among Dutch FBBs - reflecting a trend in the Dutch general pop at the time possibly - I had a picture of Juliette Bergmann indulging in smoking one from a old BB magazine. In the pic she is casually dressed and seems to be attending some kind of party. The photo looked quite old as it reflected a time when indoor smoking was still common. I'll try to find this one again.
You're totally correct, below is a pic of her from circa 2010s where she poses with one. On the older other one you can spot a pack of Marls behind the tea cup on the table.

Asianfitnessfan: good pick with Marisa. I like watching her mechanics breakdowns and her approach to training as well. I find myself watching older lifters more often, because like you said, athletes like her promote longevity. I feel similar with Miranda: she recently talked about how it feels training for longevity versus being a CF Games athlete.
I also want to add MegSquats. She’s another lifter who promotes a pretty solid lifting philosophy and approach to training. She doesn’t come across as a cliche “influencer,” and I think she is one of those athletes who betters the fitness community.
Brooke Ence strikes me as a bit fake. It might be because of her collaborations with Dana Linn Bailey, but I don’t think I would enjoy lifting with her.
You beat me to the punch with Cindy, I was going to say past bodybuilders, even if they aren’t completing or muscular anymore also count. Yes Cindy was the most gorgeous FBB, and fits the category of a Barbie, Dani most Def was also a bodybuilding Barbie, and was a complete doll.
I could find many where she was a doll, however I picked these at random

Kristy Hawkins is unreal in person. Seen her local gym. An absolute beast. But very focused and professional. She’s a biotech executive too.
