Nathalie Nichols: "My testosterone is higher than most men's. Here's why it's a good thing:"

By “SW”, do you just mean Onlyfans or going all the way? Didn’t know Angie Yeo was involved with that.

I'd call posing on onlyfans SW for sure. I don't think it means you have to meet people in person. Cam girls are doing legitimate SW.

The thing with Nathalie is that she's got a boyfriend now, and it's a very rare male partner indeed who can deal with his girlfriend doing that.

Even if she was doing exactly that when they first met.

I don't get it. If any buff women with onlyfans are reading this: come and hit me up... I DON'T CARE and I'll help you shoot your content. I'll be the Burt Reynolds to your Boogie Nights.

she doesn't seem to be in need of cash

You know social media isn’t the real world, right?

There are studio spaces that you can rent out that look like the interior of a private jet. They market that to influencers who want to look like they’re wealthy,

I'll also add: lots of bodybuilders own and drive super premium cars.

They're also leasing them and paying through the nose for them and living with roommates indefinitely and always running up credit card bills. Financial responsibility and bodybuilding do not often go together.

Not all.. but many people get serious about bodybuilding as a way to deal with insecurity. Insecure people are also likely to get a big ass flashy car that they can't really afford.

If they want to spend a lot of money and risk financial instability, why don’t they buy something that’s actually cool instead like Warhammer 40,000 stuff?

still it takes a very special kind of person to want to go through all this hell just to look muscular.

I would argue this is what we find attractive as much as the muscle itself.

No. God no. What are you talking about?

Here is someone who posted on Reddit saying that they have trained consistently for 8 years natty, and is asking if they should hop on Anavar. Good idea of what actual natty muscle looks like.

There are women with this kind of physique that have also several rounds of PEDs under their belt. I am not disputing that she might be natural.

This particular one doesn't seem to do well with dieting, at some point in your 8 year training you got to get serious with your diet too. BB is hard, natty BB is even harder.

I was going to post something similar before reading yours. Yes, just because she says she's been "training consistently" for 8 years doesn't mean we know her training and diet routine. However, she does seem more muscular than average even if she seems a bit more on the chubby side. I bet if she was stricter on her diet she'd look more jacked.

Her question is wel placed. Does she have adequate muscle mass to justify using Oxandrolone on a cut to minimize or eliminate catabolism - the answer her is yes absolutely. It's the real reason most of us say train for awhile before the drugs. Demonstrate that you know what your doing with respect to diet, training, and recovery. The comments on her about her being "chubby" are obnoxious. Her body fat is perfectly healthy for someone offseason eating the required calories necessary to try and pack on as much muscle as possible. Food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body.

At this point she would benefit from using PEDs to cut the fat off and see all her hard work quite prominently. The mass is obviously visible. There is a lot to show off. The issue with cutting natural is it's so hard to maintain that muscle. Where as with the drugs you can be in fairly steep caloric deficits (not all at once of course) and keep the muscles as long as your doing enough resistance training to remind your body you need the keep what is there.

Good point to illustrate here is the rationale for when to use the drugs, what your goals are. Especially for women trying to limit exposure as much as possible. If you want to run 2.5mg of oxandrolone daily 365 that is doable all year long. The transformation will take longer. If she wants to up her game and take more - it's all about just how lean she wants to get. The steeper the caloric deficit, the more drugs you need to go prevent catabolism. The more drugs you take, the more precarious the situation becomes. In my experience it's all about using less, and gi ing yourself a little more time.

Using the PED offseason is a totally different approach - in this case you want to run a surplus to grow.

Most women are perfectly satisfied and have jaw dropping physiques with just HRT+GH off season, and only use the PEDs in high loads while cutting. This is sufficient for most Bikini and Figure atheltes and other than the really big wellness, physique, of open class girls. I am always blown away with the muscle women can pack on just by optimization of testosterone and growth hormone at the high end of the physiological level. The just save the really steroids for the cut.

She's nuts. To be honest, I feel the huge majority of FBBs have mental illness or personality disorder - she has some sort of delusional narcissism with psychopathic tendencies as well. I don't care, most people are not the full ticket - I try to accommodate them if I can and if that don't work I keep out of their way. Trouble is, they get on social media and start "shouting through your letterbox" nowadays...

I wouldn't say all that, but I will say that Nathalie - specifically - is famous in the industry for battling some mental demons. She's considered unreliable too.

I hear your attitude about FBB's from a lot of guys. These are guys who have never met them. Never gone to a show. Never been in the scene. I got to bodybuilding shows and I compete in them, and FBB's are usually very kind and surprisingly very cool.

You see the bad side of their personalities on social media because - honestly - they're dealing with garbage takes like "the huge majority of FBBs have mental illness" all freaking day long. Of course they're pissed.

Most bodybuilders (male and female) are not mentally ill, but many use it as a way to compensate for feelings of weakness and inadequacy. I don't think it's all that dissimilar to other obsessive individual sports (Ironman, Crossfit, etc). Lots of people want to exert total control over their body if they feel like their life is out of control.

This conversation reminded me of this poll where I was surprised to see such a large proportion of people on this site that don't seem to mind virilization. Obviously it's probably more of a continuum and "a small amount" is very subjective, but I'll fall into the camp that is quite turned off by virilization. That being said, I can still appreciate virilized women when I sort of narrow my focus, but the "ick" factor is very real for me when I hear that voice, etc.

All that is to say that I don't particularly find Nathalie so attractive as to be some kind of poster girl for how you can be feminine AND have 1100 test. Personally I do not find her to be feminine or all that attractive, and I dont' mean that in like a neckbeardy "Megan Fox is a 3/10 at best", Nathalie is obviously very aesthetic and popular for a reason. I just mean that she sets off that "ick" factor for me a bit too much. She's an adult and she can do what she wants with her body, but my opinion is that her post seems to be some serious cope.

If there's anyone on this site I find attractive but who is also clearly juiced to the gills, it's Yao Zeng. That's probably some industrial strength makeup and face filters, but her body still somehow looks way more feminine to me than Nathalie's and is also way more jacked.

^^ a lot of guys have your opinion. It's really common to want the huge muscles without the deep voice and the side effects, and that's really just never the case. Even when it seems like it's the case.. it simply isn't IRL.

I think that the AI video revolution is going to absolutely decimate this existing muscle girl fetish industry. AI models can easily be this unicorn person. And even if existing sites her Her Biceps try to monetize it, it's only a matter of time before making cheap or free long-form videos is available to everyone.
