I dug deeper for comments related to her death and came across Behnaz Azar, who shared this story:
She was married? The way she was moving I would have thought she was single. I think Amy was a porn star too. Which explains how she was making a million a year. I dont believe for one second that this dude gave her 2.7 million in crypto LOL.
For the past 20 weeks, Amy has been training for a bodybuilding competition and has been on a heavy steroid cycle. Her Coach has her taking many steroids including trenbolone(no female should ever take trenbolone) and I told him not to give this to her as it will make her very crazy. And it did. The last weeks she has become even more aggressive and mentally abusive, even smashing a door in our apartment. This is with me, she is a completely different and nice person to everyone else. So how did we get here…4 years ago we got back together after a bad breakup which was all my fault. One of her conditions of getting back together was that she wanted control over all our finances, I gave in and transferred ALL my money to her, 2.7 million dollars of crypto. She is obviously very successful, earning 1 million dollars a year from fan pages. I told her she didn’t need to do the fan pages because we have money, but she loved the attention. During the last 4 years I was not allowed to have access to our money and had to ask her permission for anything I purchased. She has used this as a control over me. She has used heavy steroids for the last 4 years and I believe this with lots of money, attention, and lots of fan page fame has changed her into a controlling aggressive person towards me. She has now asked for a divorce and told me that under Colombian Law(we were married in Colombia), that she keeps everything including my money, because everything is in her name.
Everything about that sounds fake. They had a bad break up, but got together under the agreement that he gives control of all his finances to her? That makes zero sense. Why specifically mention crypto? No other actual currencies? And why post that on her page and not his own social media pages?
And I don't know why he's emphasizing that she was using heavy steroids when that's not only pretty obvious from the beginning (you don't go out with a competitive heavyweight bodybuilder and get shocked Pikachu face that they take a lot of compounds including Tren), but it's also clear that he uses them as well, including Trenbolone.
Obviously, none of us know what lead up to this, and we can only speculate, but murder/suicide never makes the perpetrator look good.

That posted story looks like the ramblings of someone premeditating a murder. He manages to blend in motive, mitigating factors, and media spin all in one narrative to justify what he was planning to do. I'm so sorry that she has been lost to senseless violence.

This Jerrod Gelling character aint no wealthy American. This whole "2.7 million dollar crypto" story is total BS. Jerrod was also a bodybuilder. This sounds like another Sally and Ray McNeil story. Roid rage was definately involved. Sounds like both Amy and Jerrod were using steroids extensively.

It sounds like this wasn't even related to bodybuilding or steroids. Husband kills wife for an unknown reason, its absolutely tragic.
Mood issues and depression are linked with roids. I'm not saying it was the cause but obviously they were both heavy users. That post he made blamed her steroids which means nothing but who knows what was going on there? I was saying there is a pretty decent history of steroids and violence. We'll never know. I said the lifestyle itself and stick to that. Guys cheerleading her roid use and buying her content....some porn I was told....is not an overly moral lifestyle and goes with other bad behavior at times. I will include her in in my prayers.
The message in the last post may explain the motive in this situation, coupled with the family's background.
The man had a history of violence, and she wanted a divorce from him. In the message, he claims she handled all the finances, and according to her message, if they divorced, he would be left with nothing.
This isn't a justification for the femicide, but that's probably why he killed her. He couldn't handle the rejection and the supposed risk of losing his money, and perhaps the way things were for a while, in the end, what you see on social media isn't reality; everything is fake on a screen.
It depresses me greatly that something like this happened to her. She was one of my favorite bodybuilders, she had so much potential and a future, becoming more beautiful and more muscular every day, and she was definitely going to be at the top of the Olympia.
Such a brutal and violent fate should be reserved for only the scum of humanity, but many of those die in the comfort of their beds.
I'm not one to besmirch the names of the dead, so RIP to them both. You got to read between the lines guys: he may have been a bit violent, but did she throw her success in his face and was she antagonizing him? If so, how often?

There is no “he may have been a bit violent.” That post he made on her Instagram page? It sounded like BS ramblings of someone who wanted to justify the horrendous thing he wound up doing.
Trying to find blame with her and justification for what he did is beyond gross.

You say she might have been partially responsible for being murdered and then say anyone criticising you for this is being a 'white knight'. This is misogyny 101.

All that plus potentially walking off with all your money would create motivation for his actions. I DON'T condone it, but it really appears to be a toxic relationship all around. I'd see her pop up on Reddit doing adult things with any number of people. It never occurred to me that she was married.

We can't know and obviously it wouldn't matter. But some people here don't seem to understand that relationship situations can really cloud one's mind, especially if you are about to be left ruined. And we know the most dangerous people are those with nothing left to lose.
