How about allowing users to search using syntax like "athlete -tattoo" or "athlete /tattoo" to find images tagged with "athlete" but not with "tattoo"? This would let people focus on content they’re interested in while filtering out what they’d prefer not to see. It would also allow all tags to be positive (say what you see, not what you don't), so there would be no need to try to work out how to say things like "no breasts" in a way that would not risk coming across as insulting.
Interesting to see that "flip-flops" has made the tag list but "lip implants" hasn't. This suggests that "-lip implants" might be a popular search term.
As lip implants the tag Is lipfillers, for no breast there is natural chest or small breast
