Filming for American Gladiators is about to begin very soon as the Miz (show host) posted over the weekend that he was heading to London to shoot for the show. Yeah, kinda wondering why they are filming AMERICAN Gladiators in LONDON, ENGLAND. If they are trying to avoid filming in LA right now, I understand why and that's all I'll say on THAT matter. Unless there's super tight protocol, I expect someone to leak out potential Gladiators and competitors in tge coming weeks.
Odd, that they are filming in London as the UK shows were filmed in Sheffield.
I wish they’d stop remaking this show. It was a wonderful product of its time and can’t be duplicated.
Well, they have remade it and the BBC have done a very good job of both capturing what made the original great and also in bringing it up to date.
2 series so far, and the BBC were caught out by the success of the show, and are now doing live tour this winter.

Maybe they're planning an INTERNATIONAL GLADIATORS crossover? But probably because of the costly bureaucracy of filming in California.
Unfortunately no female news yet, BUT some names have been revealed. Sean Ross Sapp (a wrestling journalist for Fightful) has revealed two names that will be joining the American Gladiators reboot alongside The Miz: Rick Boogs (former WWE Superstar) and Jesse Godderz (former TNA wrestler).
Folks are gonna love Rick. That dude is a CHARACTER! Really enjoyed his stuff in WWE. Jesse I'm not sure of. He might come across a heel (bad guy) based off what he's doing in wrestling.
But yeah, I'm hoping for some female confirmations sooner than later.
The most popular one to me is Dani Speegle. There are two of them that are pro wrestlers (Jessica Roden aka indepenent wrestler J-Rod and Kamille Latimer aka AEW's (for now) Kamille Brickhouse). Lu (blacklisted on here) and Dani Means are IFBB Pros. The rest I'm unfamiliar with.
Not gonna lie, I thought Kaitlyn Winkler had this one in the bag. She definitely had a look that I felt would have gotten over with the masses easy.

Looks like the reboot is coming in a few weeks as the cast attended a showing earlier this week. Jessica Roden (J-Rod) posted a clip of her at the showing and here's the new logo
And a fan posted a look at the Gladiators Arena.
Again, no official date but based off what I've seen from some of the cast on social media for a special viewing, I see it coming probably next month.
