Ok, that depends on the country you try such approaches. The country I live and also the fact that I am not in a bigger city, stopping a girl form running would seem to be a totally weird action and you should be happy that she didnt call the police, haha.

I once witnessed and unpleasant situation.
Where I was having lunch, a guy took pics of a girl through the restaurant window and cops were called.
I don't think that they would call the cops. but it's generally annoying to them if you interrupt their workout if you don't have anything useful to say when. I saw them I tried to think of something to talk about but I didn't have the time to think about anything apart from saying nice muscles they were running really fast and were focused. maybe if I had more time I could come up with a topic and hoped she cared about it. culture also matters people tend to avoid talking to strangers were I live unless they have something important to say or ask. sometimes random old people like to talk about stuff with me but nobody under 60 seems to do that. I heard that in some countries it's normal for strangers to start talking to you about random topics but not were I live.
on topic, well both topics; yesterday i took a walk down by the river on the race course, as i walked through the gate to enter the field i heard heavy panting so i turned to look to my left and saw a woman who was taking a break from her run and i though damn she looks lile she may be quite muscular (by every day standards not by what we have access to), she was well tanned and very sweaty, gigidy,it was a hot day. Anyway it was some distance for my eyesight so was hoping she'd run my way, which seamed likely. So i hid behind a tree with my club waiting to pounce and claim my prize.......no wait, shit pretend i didnt say that! Anyway she caught up with me and passed and i though oh yes you guys would like her. she had beautiful muscular calfs, nice arms, nice defined back,all sweaty. She was extraodinary, as far as natural everyday women go, but truth be told she was average for this site. i wish i recored a video for you guys as im alway staking pics and videos down there anyway.
on my journeys a few weeks ok i saw a woman walking in front of my for about 10 minutes and she had pretty big calfs, i thought of this thread immediatley lol and then thought whats the point of telling you guys about it if you cant picture what i see, so i did record a quick viddeo before i turned off the next street. is it creepy? it probably is but ive seen a few muscular chicks and never took pics or video becausei had no need for them. i if had my camera on me i would just ask to take some pics and offer them free copies.

It's would always better to encounter in real life, but it's rare to be able to do so. I have a preference for big, powerful types but they are rare to see. The only problem with virtual is you never know who youre talking to. Occasionaly, I will go on the HBC website because it is live on camera but can be costly. You can usually find the type of physique that you prefer.
I can't get into the HBC thing. It feels too transactional for me. I feel like I'm wasting her (and mine) time to just go and chitchat.
So hard to now tell how serious anyone posting is when stalking is referenced.
There was no stalking, only hiding behind a tree waiting to pounce (obviously a joke ). The other two encounters was them overtaking me and walking my route. the jogger ran ahead while i turned off down the other road with the other girl. oh yea almost forgot, there is tgis other girl i keep seeing around town,very fit. She has muscular lower body, large muscular ass. Its a bit ackward as i see her many places, spmetimes stood still waiting. when i see i tyry goig the other way, but the funy thing was a few weeks ago she was right outside my apartment. Whats wierd is that i know she is not following me but i keep thinking when i see her i hope she doesnt think im followimg her. When i saw her outside my place i made sure she saw that i lived there so she realises we just randomly bump into eachother. i have since also seen another woman with impressive legs, clearly a crossfitter, more and more girls in my area are hitting the weights.
I went out for lunch with my SO, and saw a bodybuilder couple. My SO and I were sitting facing each other, while the couple sat in my field of vision. Unfortunately, the girl had her back to me, and I was facing the man.
Since she appeared to have an off-season look, her thighs were so, so massive. She was wearing some tiny spandex shorts that looked like they would burst with her every step. Since my SO knows I like muscular women, I had to pretend I didn't see any of that. But when she went to the bathroom, I was free to gawk at that muscular wonder for a bit. Wide jaw, veiny forearms and all that.
The guy she was with was massive as well, and looked like that handsome Squidward meme. I'd happily worship them both.
Was having dinner at the local cantina today and when I went to the restroom to wash my hands there was a tan blond girl at a table with some pretty solid looking arms. She had a big pronounced vein running down her biceps and her shoulders were shredded. She was sitting down but you could tell by how tight her waist was that she had some pretty sick abs hiding under her top. She was having dinner with her family so I just kept walking but honestly she was the most ripped woman I have seen around here in quite a while. I don't think she was a bodybuilder, best guess is she was into crossfit.

this morning at the gym. I saw her a couple weeks ago as well at the gym. I asked her if she was using the cable next to her and she didn't open her mouth and just gave me a thumbs up. I got the don't bother me vibe which I didn't bother her. My gym friend once talked to her and asked if she competed and that was it.
Went to Costco in Athens, GA. this past Saturday to get some supplies for a party and the place was a gold mine. Several women there who could have easily passed for physique competitors. Talked to two casually, one at the wine rack picking out a pairing for her barbecue and one who I saw pick up a three foot potted palm tree and place it in her cart like it weighed nothing, crazy strong!

^ About the same She is about my height I think since I'm short and stalky at 5'5. I say she lives around the area of where I went to that particular LA Fitness (which I call it the sh*t hole) I think she's a fitness influencer on social media. Anyways the first time I saw her a couple weeks back I thought she just an normal person and not a fitness influencer until I saw she was wearing a belt with her name on it "Marissa Soto Fitness".
I'm from Italy, a country with plenty of hot sexy girls but not one of the best talking about muscle girls. Even though things have changed in recent years.
For several years I have been attending the annual fitness fair, one of the most important of Europe, called Riminiwellness, where if you step in, you do a sort of time travel to the bodybuilding and fitness planet situated I don't know where! There I have seen hundreds of next door girls with the dream body, some really hard muscled, some "only" very fit. Once out of the fair, if you go to the beach or to the city centre, you can spot a good amount of hard female bodies.
Once the fair is over and you go back home the dream is over...

I used to go exploring some "guaranteed areas" for real-life encounters where I live, but there were rarely great sightings.
It's not worth it in my opinion.
I'm into abs and in 30 years I've seen no more than 15/20 great abs here.
I've seen some biceps, quads and calves too, but except for 3-4 pros with huge vascular arms and a very big crossfit girl, the others were fit ladies with a bicep vein maybe, nothing even close to GWM's women.
When I've been to Rimini's beach some years ago, in two weeks I've seen more six packs and biceps than in my entire life.
Women from 20 to 50+ yo, many were moms with young kids.
A schmoe's heaven
Guys today I was walking in a park and I saw a muscular woman. I think it's the same one I saw 2 years ago but she seemed less muscular than I remember so I am not sure if it's her. she had a tan and was walking with her friend who was not muscular but very tall. they are both relatively old looking probably 50ish the muscular one was not jogging but walking in a strange way. She had decent biceps big calves and hamstrings
I saw a woman at a concert with well defined arms and great legs wearing a tight top and tight jeans, she looked so amazing. I would describe her build like a mid-season bikini or wellness pro. I didn't approach her because she was with her significant other who looked 10 years older than her and I didn't want to bother them. She looked like she was in her early 40s.
This morning I walked down East 24th St. in Manhattan to grab a burrito at the 23rd St. Chipotle and could NOT believe all the lululemoned fitness girls, presumably headed to the block's fancy Equinox Fitness Club. No, these ladies weren't packing muscle like the GWM stars, but each one was beautifully toned -- and gorgeous. I grew up in Manhattan, and we never saw bevies of svelte beauties like these on the streets back when. I guess it's progress through genetics and lifestyle -- at least among rich young urbanites...

Call the police? I guess you can’t read. I did say that she was bigger than me. If I made her that nervous, she could’ve just kept running. I wasn’t holding her hostage. I guess you’re the type of person who thinks it’s weird to go up someone and say hi, but also think it’s perfectly appropriate to stare at a person in the distance.
