Not a problem but more of a suggestion. If you tip 10 credits to message a model, to ask a question for example, and she reads the message and never replies, you should get those 10 credits back.
A tip is a tip. just that. It is not payment for a specific service or action that they must perform. If they choose not to interact with you , live and learn.

If you meant you sent a message for her inbox rather than asked the question in her room, 'tip' was not the right word. Either way, ironic screen name.

Nah, that doesn't make sense. Just don't tip her anymore. Or next time, ask her when she's online rather than spending 10 credits to message her.
Is it possible for a model to sit in "1-1" permanently? Some of my favorate models seems ALWAYS (I mean) on "1-1" or offline... So how then how to start 1 cam with her?

What is wrong with the payment system of the site herbiceoscams, this is the message i get after putting in my Credit card details , used my cards in other international sites and never faced any issue, hve used different browsers , with and without VPN different cards but to no avail nor do they reply to email , I only use smartphone for the site although hve tried to buy stuff using the desktop mode but same result , was contemplating to buy credit through crypto but the last message has made me decide not to do it ,,and this payment issue I had faced before when i tried to buy a VOD a few months ago , does someone have any answer

I tried other more tendencious Webcam sites, and no problem to log on, and I guess they are way way way more frequented than HBC.

Another issue is loggin in with your herbiceps account.
In free registration, when you select have a HerBiceps.com account, and then activate, you have to do it everytime.
You can't just use the login button, otherwise you get "The login information you have provided is incorrect".
New problem ive encountered. Crypto payment gone through on my end but not transferred over into my hbc wallet. Been days and haven't heard from the team.

I don't think 10 credits is a big deal. If she doesn't respond, then don't give her any more. If she does this with enough people, she'll develop a bad reputation and be losing way more than 10 credits on her own end.
