Just watching some old Top Gear and spotted a girl with nice defined looking arms in the audience. Anyone in UK can go on iPlayer and watch it - not sure about abroad! It's season 6 episode 5 and she's standing right next to the board for greatest driving song - so nice view of her defined arms. On iPlayer she appears from 43:12 for about 20 seconds. No flexing unfortunately
