I wonder what kind of trash talk we'll hear from Sarah V during this next year?

I agree. Maybe she'll never won , because she's european and girl french. It's always the same people : Brazil, US, and America south and North. No surprise

People wondering qgain why Michaela doesnt get top spots at olympia... she lacks symmetry. It’s kinda really simple. It’s not JUST about pure mass n nothing else.
Kudos to her massiveness and dedication. If she could either grow bigger or have a smaller waist, she’d dominate.

They keep changing the criteria of each category every year instead of having set criterias for each division. Maybe people thought Sarah V only won because of the money she made for them this year because her bottom suit was way to big covering her lower and (look up the Olympia YouTube channel and they have a video talking about it) and that Sarah was way to stiff when flexing and posing.
Also for Michaela she should have placed higher along with Brooke Walker.
Her boobs make her muscles look smaller

Its gonna be tough for her to crack into the top 5, espeically with whats in the pipe now. Most likly if branka would have competeted this year she woukd have been looking at 7th or 8th. While her physique is insane and personally one of my favorites and her work ethic is unmached, i jist dont think the dense and compact look is what they want.

Despite all of the clips Michaela has posted on here IG all year, she lets us see what she wants us to see. Many of these are taken from here garage gym so I get the impressions that she often trains alone. This begs the question if she has a coach. What kind of advice is she getting?
She has two problems; wide waist and thinner calves. When I asked what's next for her, it means does she just keep plugging away or does she make serious adjustments in how she trains? I've been a huge fan of hers since 2018 but if she doesn't make the necessary adjustment to her training routine, she'll end up falling fuether behind the competition.
I think she either didn’t train upper specifically for a year or bare minimum maintenance.
I understand the sentiment of showing us only what she wants but she’s been very transparent about her splits and working out legs 3x a week and 1x upper maybe. But she’s had n overpowering back and arms since her early wpd days. And she “overtrained” her upper enough that she “had” to move to wbb. (Personally I think that was always the goal and what drove the split with camp Jansen)
If she had the lower genes as complete as the upper she’d be top 3 every year as long as she wanted. Her upper body is my favorite behind Anjie.
