Honest question: is there a difference between Futa and trans women?

Futa is short for "futanari" which means "two forms". It's really a fantasy form of intersex; futa characters have both kinds of parts.

Trans women are born into male bodies and have male parts exclusively unless and until they get bottom surgery.

> If I subscribe to a muscle girl, then I want to see muscles more than anything. I like flexing, bragging, posing, role playing, wrestling.

That is why I'm VERY picky about the girls I subscribe to. In truth, I just want content that's slightly spicier, but still vanilla.

Right there with you!

Another thing: I love pics of muscular women in public wearing revealing outfits. Miniskirts, Daisy Duke's, all of that stuff. It's honestly sexier to me than a naked or a lingerie pic in a bedroom. I love the idea of a confident woman showing off her body to the world and getting attention for it.

Back in the days, Awefilm would bring FBB's onto the New York subway or walk them through Times Square. Still some of my favorite content ever.

💯Agreed

> May not be unpopular in other places, but I feel like here it may be: bikini girls to me are the absolute perfect mixture of femininity and female muscle. Anything bigger than that, it's a turn off for me. > And since I'm pretty damn sure a bikini girl won't even make the top 8 in the march madness thingie, I can confidently say that's quite unpopular lol > > Oh and height alone can be a turn off / turn on, but mainly a turn off. Discovering that a gorgeous girl is under 5'3", for example, for some reason makes her not as attractive to me - vice versa, discovering that she's over 5'10" would make her an instant favourite of mine. > > And while these two were mainly just my tastes, here is also an opinion that I guess has been shared already but I'll reiterate it in a different way: bodybuilders are not healthy. They may be 'in shape', and their muscles can be strong and everything, but that's a far cry from being 'healthy'. Sure, they may give advice to regular people on how to do exercises to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle, but keeping and maintaining those kinds of bodies is simply hazardous, I'd say. > BUT IT'S ALSO THEIR CHOICE ENTIRELY. It's risky, much how jumping off an airplane with a parachute is, or entering a ring and trying to KO your opponent, or getting rammed by a 140 kg dude while trying to pass your egg shaped ball. I just feel there isn't enough awareness in bodybuilding (and the fitness world at large) about how similar all of those are to bodybuilding.

I agree with you a lot, but some mass can be sexy

thi is why i was so obsessed with brissa allen, bikini size, bodybuilder shapes. her arms killed me.

Vladislava Galagan might be overrated on this site, but I'll contend that she's the single best ambassador for women's bodybuilding right now. Maybe ever.

1) She has a great physique. She's huge and strong but still pretty feminine. She has a beautiful face and nice hair. Even with a natural chest, she's clearly a strong woman.

2) She's very confident and looks great on camera. She's funny, relaxed and playful. She's very charismatic.

3) She's had a ton of success on her own terms. She might not be winning awards, but she's earning a ton of money and gaining a lot of fame making her own content for her own fan base. It's really impressive.

4) She's doing sex work, but it doesn't totally define her. There's no reason that she couldn't be on a mainstream show. I love that fact that she can own both worlds.

Male competitors can get really wealthy from the sport itself. Women cannot. Vladi figured out a way to be a huge FBB and earn just as much - if not more - than the guys. And she did it on her own terms in her 20's. That's seriously impressive.

i think the unpopular part is that she became popular.

a newer girl to show up on her already has a comment saying "make her famous". that's exactly what we SHOULDN'T want. then we get the same cycle. they blow up in popularity, stop posting the kind of stuff they used to post, start shilling product because they are getting paid, maybe change their look up, and then we all complain "where did they go, why did they stop" etc etc

we should be less involved that way.

Respectfully, we are a small part of the overall fan base. We're a bunch of (largely) English speakers using a forum that's based on tech from the mid 90s.

We're not making anyone famous or not these days. TikTok and Instagram are.

not GWM specifically, alhtough i suspect that some owners of larger repost accounts may lurk about here. all they need is a repost on whatever account with 50k+ followers and off they go. but i say "we" generally, as fans, since there are certainly more fans off this site than we expector assume

I would say she is overexposed, rather than overrated. There are just too many pics of her. She is the wonderful muscle-girl-next-door.

Confession/Unpopular? A little bit of both.

I hate when my favorites win too many BB competitions.

Most recent example is Andrea Shaw. Two years ago we saw regular updates from her on multiple sites like Awefilms, Muscleangels, HB+, Ftvideo, FMV, and fitvids. But since winning the Olympia it's been getting more and more infrequent and now any new content that pops up is from older shoots. Nothing actually new.

Whether it be succumbing to sponsorship dos and don'ts. Or wanting to put forth all focus on training herself and any clients.

I'd love to see more content while her prime years are in full swing. And the selfish prick in me doesn't want anything to affect that.

You are absolutely wrong. You can feel how you want - just like me and my irrational hatred of stupid, blow-up implants - but it's GREAT for US fans when a woman becomes popular after intersecting with the fan community.

Fans are consumers. Even the guys who never spend a dollar on this stuff contribute to follower numbers and engagement on their posts. The women can monetize that and then bodybuilding becomes more worthwhile for them. Many would-be greats have quit early because it cost a ton of money to look good and they couldn't get much return on that. Now they can....so more and more women are motivated to do it and to stick around for a longer time.

I hate Onlyfans, 90% of the content is terrible and it's just directing money away from paysites that had better produced content for better prices. I also hate the Onlyfans portrait video format, I like widescreen video format.

Is that unpopular? I’m sure a lot of us here don’t like onlyfans because of the low effort content. Subscribing to a girl you’re a fan of, only to find that it is her instagram content. The stuff from the 90s and 2000s were the best paysite content bar none

Why? Lots of women are earning a nice side hustle with it. I'd argue that it makes the lifestyle more financially possible for many of them. Otherwise, it's just a big money pit. Food and PED's are expensive and competition winnings sure as hell won't cover the costs.

And to the poster above... are you the real Kip Winger? I'm thinking not, but would be a trip if you were. I mean, it would make a lot of sense for the actual Kip Winger to be on here and use his real name for a handle.

Vladislava Galagan is more of a model at this point to me than a body builder and I love it, her physique is amazing and I don't think you guys would be calling her overrated if she decided to go hulk mode instead of staying thick fit for the gram.

There's more money to be made being thick fit in my opinion now and days than being a full time body builder less work too.

The figure posing hand motions all the girls seem to do now. I have an irrational hatred for this phenomenon.

example here, think she has one of the best bodies ever but I find the hand motions so distracting:

This. I can't stand the hand movements with posing. It looks so unnatural and unnecessary.

lmao i fail to see how my comment and the comment he replied "correct" to are any different.

if you're a transwoman born into a male body, if you get bottom surgery you will no longer have a functioning penis. but you also won't have a functiong set of female genitalia.

i think there is a concerted effort to make it seem more feminine as the figure division keeps getting larger.

> To Gatsby's point: I don't understand how guys can be heavy users of this site and be super into muscular women yet be so incredibly opposed to the idea of lifting and bodybuilding for themselves. > > It just makes no sense, and it seems to be unique to this sport. Like you never hear anyone say: > > "Oh man, I just love tennis, tennis players are SO HOT, I just want to meet a tennis girl" > > "Okay, so why don't you try playing tennis then? Maybe join a tennis club?" > > "NO WAY! Why should I be forced to play tennis in order to meet a tennis girl!?!? THERE MUST BE ANOTHER WAY!"

What's not to understand? My favourite sport is Darts, I don't play it. I love to eat , but I'm not a chef. I work in a library, but I hardly ever read. So to me, I can see no contradiction at all in being sexually aroused by big muscles (in my case personally, regardless of gender) and not being interested in building said muscle at all. Would I like to be jacked in theory? Sure. Yet the activity that causes that to happen is boring as fuck to me. The one time I enjoyed working out was when I did Crossfit, that was a community aspect though. Lifting a bar over and over again is pretty fucking boring to most people. This doesn't mean I'm a hypocrite because other people's huge, sexy muscles make my dick harder than a Sudoku puzzle designed be Stephen Hawking. Like have you never heard the concept of opposites attract?

While opposites can and do attract in some things, there are other things where like attracts like, and one of those is usually with fitness and the lifestyle that it entails. An example would be my relationship. My girlfriend is definitely more forward and aggressive than I am, but we balance each out pretty well in that she helps me be more assertive when needed and I help her be more patient when a situation calls for it. However, we both are into fitness and healthy eating, and we both said it would be hard for us to be with a partner who wasn't.

It doesn't make you a hypocrite to find muscular women attractive when you yourself don't lift or do any physical exercise, but it does make it a lot harder. While again, there are exceptions, there is a reason why you always see female bodybuilders with male bodybuilders, and women strength athletes with either male strength athletes or very fit men, and it kind of makes me sad when guys write posts asking for examples of buff women with "normal" men. It's kind of like when a fat woman says she is only attracted to fit/athletic or muscular men, and wonders why she isn't getting any matches or attention from them. There are fit dudes who like fat women, but again, they tend to be the exception.

I guess what surprises me the most isn't the fact that there are guys who don't lift who like women who lift, but rather the outright rejection and denial of any of the suggestions that come when they ask how they could meet muscular women. It is as if they want the buff woman of their dreams to magically be found on a dating app or at a certain bar or whatever.

at the end of the day too its not the cure all. going to the gym didn't get me married to a gym girl, or really dating anyone like that. it's just a change of scenery to create opportunities, but you still have to do all the regular, normal stuff, and sometimes being fit won't improve your chances.

Really good way of putting it. You’d at least have to be athletic for the most part. I played soccer at a high level so I’m definitely athletic and I was always one of the more muscular players but definitely didn’t a bodybuilder type physique. I would think something like that (and it has) could get a bodybuilder because you understand the commitment to health and fitness. Even if I’m not a mass monster I’m still athletic. I’d definitely assume, especially from anecdotal evidence, that women bodybuilders are going to want someone that can at least live and understand the lifestyle. And let’s be honest, if they like the look of having muscles for themselves, they’re most likely going to be attracted to some type of muscularity.
