I am pretty sure this is from a late 80's or early 90's VHS video training series which had multiple parts. I think Sharon Bruneau was also a model. I recognized the font for when it says "cable laterals" because I know I've seen clips from this video series. I think this particular video here on GWM is an edited compilation of Hannie's appearances in the video series, because the majority of the models demonstrating exercises are men. Laura Creavalle (I think) was also a model. Anyhow, this is not a WPW or GMV video because it is a VHS video capture. It was called "Muscle and Fitness Training Series Vol 1-4" or something to that effect.
UPDATE - While I was typing this reply, I found it. It's the "Joe Weider's Bodybuilding Training System" and for you, you lucky dog, the entire series is on youtube. You can find Hannie in Video #5 (and possibly elsewhere)

Hey! Thanks so much, greatly appreciated! I had been scouring the internet for a while looking for the source! Hopefully this helps others looking, as well. Kind of disappointing that the cut together clips from the VHS source are actually ALL of the Hannie Van Aken footage from the series, but at the same time it is also very convenient! The work of the uploader is greatly appreciated, as well.

Hey there! I am new to GWM and have been looking for a while for the source of this clip with no luck. I know its Hannie Van Aken. I would like to know, if possible, where it is from. I think I basically purchased every video with Hannie Van Aken in it from WPW as well as GMV....none of them feature this clip lol.
I also messaged the uploader too just in case they know.
