Yeah I saw a super muscular girl in New York City a few months back and it absolutely blew my mind. I was walking in midtown and she just crosses the street... huge and thick in this pretty black sleeveless dress and sandals. It was a pretty crowded intersection, but you couldn't miss those enormous muscles and smooth skin.
I thought about saying hi to her but LOL I couldn't even breathe properly.
Yeah I posted in another thread like this one a couple weeks ago. It was my most recent. Saw a really muscular woman, small physique or larger figure competitor size and pretty ripped at a brewery in Pennsylvania. She was absolutely smokin. Her husband/boyfriend was also ripped but not that big. She was so damn hot and I was hoping to go over and just start talkin cuz that’s what you do at a good beer garden but they left like right after we got there
I was on vacation in southern italy about 3 weeks ago. And I had a muscle sighting almost everyday when I was walking in tourist areas where a lot was going on. They were all italian i think. Except one was a german tourist for sure. The first was next to the main beach of that area. She was blond and walking with her bodybuilder boyfriend. They were just walking past me really quick. We were going different directions. She was more of a hobby bodybuilder, fitness girl. Her arms looked really ripped. The second one was in a sightseeing area in a city. She was also walking with her boyfriend. And she had this typical crossfit body i would say. Amazing back and really veiny arms. Amazing legs. She was beautiful. Then I saw a pretty small italian girl during the european soccer final on a main square. She had dark hair and her biceps was just amazing. Really round. And she was also one time fixing her hair when she was facing away from me and i could see her biceps and back muscles move. I was like "oh my god". She was with a group of probably 4 to 5 people. One of them was probably her boyfriend. So not a good situation to talk to her and i cannot speak italian. The two best sightings were probably on my last night there. They were kind of painful. Cause one was when i was sitting outside at a restaurant eating my ordered food when a dark haired woman with an amazing back and amazing shoulders walked by. I reacted to her because of the waitress and waiters reaction of that restaurant. They all of a sudden stared to the street and stopped talking so I started to look into that direction too cause i was like in my mind "Who is walking by now or what is going on there. I have to look too." And then i saw that woman walk by with another woman next to her. I almost wanted to get up but that would have been too weird. It was just not possible in that situation. She walked past the restaurant and then was pointing to a direction to show the other woman where she wants to go and then they dissappeared in a side-street. It appeared that they were going home away from the crowded tourist areas. I unfortunately did not see her again altough i was going for a walk after eating in hope to see her again in that area. But during that walk all of a sudden a tall really muscular german tourist was walking past me in a market place with her daughter. I heard her talk to her daughter so I knew she was german. She was probably 6 feet tall and looked like an athlete. But she was for sure around 40 years old. I even walked to the side and turned around to get a better look at her. If i would guess i would say that she probably was a masters crossfit athlete or an ex-track and field athlete. Thats how her body looked.

Yea a few months ago i was walking in a park unfortunately i was focused on my phone when i heard a jogger approach unlike most joggers she was grunting she was muscular big biceps big calves nice abs she looked tomboyish and mature i guess around 40 years old
she looked like she was pushing her body to the limits the looked very sweaty and different from other joggers who look more relaxed
it took me a few seconds to realize she was muscular and she was jogging fast i looked at her turned around but she was far away in a short time so i only got to see her body for a very short time
it was very exciting to see such a woman in person i always fantasised about them but it's so rare if she was running slower and i got to look at her for a longer period of time i would have gotten a you know what and that would have been akward

When I worked at Caterpillar I parked in a different lot and was surprised to see a woman about my age (then in my 40s) who was clearly an offseason FBB. As we walked in together I held the door for her and felt my heart race as I looked at her shoulders packing the sweater she wore. She said something like "Such a gentleman" and I was at a loss for words. I made a practice then of "arranging" to be there when she walked in. I had just met my now-wife, so it made it really difficult because I could feel the sexual energy between us. As the weather grew warmer I got to see more and more of her physique. I still think about her from time to time

I went to see Lacuna Coil playing in a small club. I was lucky enough to stand behind a beautiful blond girl who had really good size arms. I didn't see a flex but whenever she raised her arms you could tell she worked out. Considering Cristina Scabia was on the stage but my eyes were fixed on this girl's arms. I wanted to talk to her after the show but she came with a boy and I couldn't figure out if he was a friend or boyfriend. I really regret not talking to her.

In Dublin, Ohio a few years ago I saw a woman walking into Walmart. She had a sleeveless black shirt that was so tight you could see her abs. Her arms were thick with biceps that you could see even when she wasn't using her arms. Her calf muscles were amazing balls of muscles. She had dark brown hair, and dark brown eyes. I nearly wrecked my bicycle looking at her. I wish I had stopped to talk to her.
I remember a while back, I attended an annual town festival in the summer. The middle of town had a large field or "commons" where they had a number of vendors setting up booths to sell things. But they also had this summer camp (Caleva I think it was called) who brought in one of those artificial rock climbing walls, as an activity for the kids to do.
I noticed, in passing, one of their volunteers was an athletic looking black girl (presumably a senior in high school or just starting college). She was holding onto a rope attached to a pulley just above the top of the rock wall, that was attached to a safety harness they put each kid in before letting them try climbing it. In a couple cases, the kid couldn't climb it well and was getting upset he or she couldn't get to the top, so I noticed she just pulled the rope to lift them up higher when that happened. And I saw her biceps bulge when she did it (though of course, the kids weren't all that heavy).
I went on past and spent some time looking at the booths and getting something from a food truck, and I think listening to one of the bands that was playing. At that point, things were starting to shut down. That's when it got interesting, because they were getting ready to pack up the rock wall and remove it. But I saw a group of guys who looked like football players were hanging out, talking to the girls working there. One of the bigger black guys there hooked the harness around him and yells, "Hey! Pull me up!" The rest of the group is looking at the black girl who was working the rope earlier. She gets a friend of hers to sit on her outstretched legs to help hold her down, and starts pulling the rope, one hand over the other. She gets him about half way up the rock wall, and stops for a second to take a breath. The guys are all cheering her on. You can really see her muscles bulging now, while she's holding him up there. The guy in the harness is laughing and yells, "Come on! I'm half way there. You know you got this!" She starts reeling in the rope again, and gets him all the way to the top! They're all clapping and he puts his feet on the rock ledge, to climb back down, so she can let go of the rope.
She high-fived one of the guys, and I overheard him saying something about "we already knew you can do 200 or so, all day long ... but now we know you can pull 315!"

yo i’m just wondering if any of you guys have any stories of seeing muscle girls in public. i thought i’d make this thread cause earlier today my buddy and i had to stop into target and i saw this girl with ripped arms and legs and i was kinda blown back from it considering it’s been a long time since i’ve seen a muscle girl out in public. i didn’t talk to her obviously cause we were in and out. but yeah i thought i’d share this experience on here figuring a good amount of you guys have stories as well. (muscle girls in the gym don’t count)
