I find it quite exciting when FBBs (especially the heavyweights) are on stage and start amazing the crowd with moves like backflips, handstands, somersaults, etc.

Yolanda is probably one of the best examples when it comes to that

Rare Lora Ottenad video

It’s crazy how she can do that given how tall and large she is

In her prime, Ann Marie Crooks was 5ft10, and about 215 lbs in contest shape and she could still do flying splits.

I can’t find the picture, but Amanda Dunbar used to do aerials as part of her routine.

Thank you! I loved seeing Amanda flip around on stage while carrying all that muscle.

Marnie Holley did an amazing gymnastics style routine at the 2015 Tampa Pro. I'd share it but the only source I know of is off of the paid USAMuscle.com video (Women's Bodybuilding and Physique Finals).

She did several backflips (including one from a standing position) and hand stands. She was just as agile as any Fitness competitor, but quite a bit larger.

Jodi Boam is very flexible and agile:

That's from a different show, probably something from 2014 (she's a little smaller here). She does do some impressive moves here, but that 2015 Tampa performance blows this one out of the water, in my opinion.

Thanks for the link though, definitely a good fit for this thread.

Damn, looks like I'm going to be getting a usamuscle.com membership.

Peggy Schoolcraft once did this amazing routine in 1997 IFBB World Amateur, along with her physique and shredded conditioning, it got her to win overall. It was out on YouTube but got deleted :(

I was always a fan of Michelle Cummings' routines. She had some really great acrobatic elements incorporated in that made them stand out.
