Veronica Valentyne did a video where she was doing all her usual abs tricks. In this nauli, she shoots from her left side, showing an unusually deep indentation behind the tightly flexed central muscles. Pretty amazing for a smaller woman.

One of my all-time favorites, Elena Shportun, kind of "rolling" her abs at the 2010 Arnold:

Her serratus has no fat on it at all. Wow

The one and only is also the best at this go figure. No hands bracing against the hip or thigh just shoots the abs out.
