Having experience with steroids, the effect is not permanent. You learn from it. Then it becomes more about rebalancing the effects of the lifting that created the bad freakiness, core imbalance, and joint issues. But you have to understand the industry, which is only the devil's friend, or you'll just to steered in another bad direction.
Byrdie might have something relevant to say, concealed somewhere within his lengthy monologues.
Her lengthy monologues.
Whatever......I don't have the time to wade through all of it.
There is the old saying....."Brevity is the soul of wit."
She laid out a case with examples and that takes time. If you don't want to read it, fine but it's not short because it's a lot of well-thought out thoughts with evidence to back them up.
I think rachael okeefe will fizzle out first.
I haven't followed her much. Why do you think?
more anabolics, but not necessarily more drugs. once again, anabolics are not acutely dangerous like diuretics, insulin, and amphetamines. lol.
What the hell are you talking about? When you reference “anabolics” it means steroids (or sarms or growth hormone). Sure, food is anabolic. Creatine is anabolic. The list goes on. But when you say anabolic is it means steroids. Which is a drug. Which, when taken recreationally, has a good chance of shortening your life and giving you side effects. Which ultimately ends fbbs careers when they don’t like what is happening.
With that said, part of me wants her to push it hard. But realistically I know it’d be better to slow down and maintain and make slower progress. If she keeps going at the rate she’s at she’ll be done in the next 3 years or so.
She's smarter than you think, no tatts proves that.
