Blacklisted Athletes Fiction Bad?

Would fictional stories about any of the blacklisted women on this site be allowed to be posted in the Stories (Fiction) sub forum?

Asking in case inspiration hits me, and it just so happens to be an epic story about Name Withheld For Reasons doing this or that

I'd probably get annoyed at how unnecessary this is on many levels:

• You could have just used a fictional person instead, which would eliminate the possibility of the story getting back to the person in question
• Even if you use a real name, did you really have to go and pick one of the ones from the blacklist, really?

I’d also add that for a number of people any fiction using their name could feel creepy and there are people who can’t tell fiction from non-fiction. Best use a fictional name, like any good author, to avoid any liability.
